We try very hard to accurately reproduce the colors and textured of the fabrics that are featured on our website. However, digital image and fabric will never match exactly. We feel sure that you will not be disappointed in the fabric quality. If you are, we do offer the option of returning the fabric if return conditions are met. Frond Design Studios assumes that all merchandise will arrive in perfect condition. If the parcel is damaged or a mistake has been made, please contact us via our website, our phone at (319) 320-6671, or our email at orders@fronddesignstudios.com and we will arrange for a prompt replacement!
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
Returns must be processed within 30 days from original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original state:
- Fabrics may not be cut, dyed, washed, or contain odors.
- Free of imperfections that would result in the item not being in original condition.
Please include a copy of the sales order. Returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise noted. Shipping charges are not included in refunds. Please allow 10-14 business days for a return processing. The following are not eligible for return:
